have a secret to tell you. i haven’t always been fit. In fact, i used to be fat (a big change from the picture of me seen to the right). All through my childhood, i was the fat kid. you know, the chubby kid who wasn’t really great at sports and got bullied in school. Ya, i was that guy. It sucked.
when i hit puberty, things got a bit better. I lost some fat, but all that did was make my arms look tiny. On top of this, i still had a flabby stomach.
